ERA Global Scale is an immersive 12-week program hosted at the ERA office in NYC to accelerate global startups' market entry and expansion in the US. The Scale Program supports with one or many of the following according to each startup's needs:

• Achieve US Product-Market fit
• Adjust the Go-to-market  strategy to fit the US market
• Build a strong network of partners, mentors, potential customers and investors
• Tailor the pitch to a US audience
• Learn the basics of fundraising in the US
• Understand the administrative process including but not limited to accounting, hiring, incorporation and immigration

Every startup that comes into the program is looking for different goals and ERA Global is designed to help each startup in a different way. This program is bespoke and consists of several 1-1 deep dive mentoring meeting, tailored workshops, and the opportunity to engage with investors, potential partners, customers and mentors.
